~The secrets of gradation~
March 2 (Sun), 2pm-
*A small party will be held after the demonstration.
Koichi Ogawa entered the world of printmaking after studying graphic design. He expresses his unique worldview by meshing deep observations of nature, such as the birth of life, plants, and minerals, with the inner world of his imagination, which is to say, the supernatural. For Ogawa, the best way to realize this is through the technique of silkscreen printmaking. This exhibition will feature 17 works, including his newest as well as his most representative. We hope you will enjoy, through the demonstration as well, his high-level mastery of gradation, the most distinctive feature of his artworks.
