Biography
1958 Born in Nogata City, Fukuoka, Japan.
1983 Graduated from Musashino Art University.
1984 Received Grand Prix and Minister of Education prize in Young Art Award Exhibition Kyushu.
1994 Began to create The Wall series.
Received Encouragement Award in the 1st Tanio Museum Award Exhibition.
1995 Became a member of Kodo Bijutsu Association.
Received Grand Prix in the 2nd Tanio Museum Award Exhibition.
1996 Received Merit Award in the 5th Aoki Shigeru Memorial Award Exhibition.
Received Ube Industries Ltd’s Award.
1997 Received Honorable Mention in the 40th Yasui Award Exhibiton.
Received the 30th Kitakyusyu Citizen Culture Prize.
1999 Received Encouragement Award in the 8th Aoki Shigeru Memorial Award Exhibition.
2001 Received Encouragement Award in the 10th Aoki Shigeru Memorial Award Exhibition.
Received Honorable Mention in the 2nd Ikeda Masuo Memorial Award Exhibition.
2003 Received Merit Award in the 3rd Ikeda Masuo Memorial Award Exhibition.
